The Charles Eames Style DSW Dining Chair is a high quality reproduction in the style of the original Eames design.

Commonly known as the Eiffel chair, the Eame's designed this DSW Chair in 1948 as the first industrially manufactured fibreglass chair.

This classic piece has a welded wire base supporting a high back sculpted shell with deep seat pocket. A supremely comfortable dining chair, a waterfall edge adding to the long term sitting experience.

Charles and Ray Eames were jointly responsible for designing some of the most important pieces of twentieth-century. The mission of Charles and Ray Eames was to get the most of the best to the greatest number of people for the least had an enormous impact on twentieth-century design practice. Their achievements continue to be held in the highest regard today, as they are increasingly recognised as having single-handedly changed the course of modern design.

Charles Eames helped Eero Saarinen in the presentations for their designs for the Museum of Modern Art "Organic Design in Home Furnishings (1940)". Eames and Saarinen's designs produced by moulding plywood into intricate curves won them first prize.
