Here you will find all information about our terms and conditions.
All orders on our shop our terms and conditions come into force and are therefore an essential part of any order processing.
DT Concept Ltd.. is a company incorporated in England company treats its customers worldwide with products from the living world, such as furniture, home accessories supplies. We see ourselves as a pure online business. Our terms and conditions accepted by entering your order with us than you, and are thus part of the contract.

§ 2 Prices
All stated prices are final including the corresponding VAT. Still at the beginning of each ordering process you can see exactly as a customer it will cost you. Is a subsequent change in price or any hidden costs do not exist.
For deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to additional duties or fees.

§ 4. Offers and Contracts
4.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order apply dar. All offers are "while stocks last", if not among the products otherwise noted. Errors excepted.

Consequences

§ 8 Shipping Damage
Please check the goods immediately upon arrival. Check the packaging first for visible damage. Open the box in the presence of the driver. If you find damage, we ask them to photograph most immediately and sign a document.
All shipments are insured for transport and must be accessed by us for losses caused by the carrier. We can make this claim but only if we get your support and you refuse to accept at first.
If you want to accept the goods in spite of damage, then please make a note directly on the carrier's delivery "DAMAGED GOODS" You can only sign the delivery Appeared.
§ 9 Warranty
On all goods purchased from us we give you a guarantee between 2-10 years from the date of receipt.
